How many of you have said, “I have nothing to wear”, but have a closet full of clothes? ME! (LOL) The goal here is to get you to buy fewer clothes! My philosophy is if you bought it—it had to have some type of appeal.
So let’s work with what you already have! Ask yourself these 3 questions:
1.What is YOUR style? And body type? –This will allow you to make your style YOURS.
2. Choose your essentials. This would be the foundation of YOUR style. This is important—SO BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF. Learning what fits you is important to your style.
3. Allow your clothes to ‘speak’. Buy clothes that make you feel good and that you love. There are so many of us that buy pieces and later don’t like—which then takes up space.
Now that you have answered the questions, I challenge you to go in your closet—no, really, go in your closet– and find about 6 clothing pieces that you TRULY love. Spread them out so you can actually see each piece. Take those pieces and create 12 outfits. BE CREATIVE! THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX!
